Our accessibility commitment
welcometothemx is committed to making this Help Center useful to people with a wide range of abilities, devices, and assistive technologies. We review structure, contrast, keyboard access, text resizing, and interaction patterns as the site changes.
Keyboard and focus support
Primary navigation, search, accordions, forms, cookie choices, modals, and request tools are designed for keyboard use. A skip link moves directly to main content, and visible focus indicators show the active control. Dialogs can be closed with Escape and keep keyboard focus within the open panel.
Contrast, text and zoom
The palette uses dark text on light surfaces and strong focus states. Layouts reflow for small screens and browser zoom rather than relying on horizontal scrolling. Text can be enlarged with browser controls, and important states are described with text rather than color alone.
Screen readers and structure
Pages use landmarks, one primary heading, sequential section headings, labels for form fields, accessible names for controls, status regions for form results, and expanded-state information for accordions and menus. Decorative elements are kept separate from meaningful text.
Known variation
Assistive technology and browser combinations behave differently. External email and maps applications are controlled by their providers. Browser storage can also be restricted in private or hardened modes, affecting local request features.
Report a barrier
If you cannot access content or complete a function, email info@welcometothemx.com or call +1 405 695 9990. Include the page address, the task you were attempting, your browser and assistive technology if comfortable sharing them, and the format or accommodation that would help.
