Maintain accurate profile details

Open the profile or account settings available to your role and review each field before making changes. Email and phone changes may require confirmation through an existing or new contact method.

Update one group of fields at a time, save, and verify the result after any requested session refresh. Contact an administrator if a business-level field is locked.

Strengthen sign-in protection

• Use a long, unique password stored in a reputable password manager.
• Enable an additional authentication factor when the setting is available.
• Protect recovery codes and contact methods with the same care as the main password.
• Keep browser, operating system, and security software current.

Review sessions and user roles

Review active sessions from a trusted device when that control is available. Sign out unfamiliar or obsolete sessions, then change credentials if anything appears suspicious.

Grant users only the access needed for their work. When a person changes roles or leaves, ask the account administrator to review their access promptly.

Recover access safely

1. Start from the expected sign-in page and choose the available recovery route.
2. Check that the recovery message reaches the contact method you control.
3. Use only the newest link or code and never share it.
4. After access is restored, review contact details, sessions, and security settings.

Respond to suspicious activity

1. Stop interacting with the suspicious message or page.
2. From a trusted device, change the password and sign out unknown sessions.
3. Review email, phone, roles, payout destination summaries, and recent transaction activity.
4. Preserve safe timestamps and screenshots with secrets hidden.
