Privacy Policy

How welcometothemx may handle contact data, technical information, browser storage, cookies, communications, retention, security and privacy choices.

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how welcometothemx may handle information when you browse this Help Center, prepare a support request, use local request-status features, or contact us by phone or email. We aim to respect privacy requirements that apply to our activities without making a blanket claim under any one law.

Last updated: July 18, 2026.

Information you choose to provide

  • Contact information such as name, email, optional phone number, and preferred contact method.
  • Account, transaction, payout, refund, integration, or other safe reference identifiers you include.
  • The subject, description, category, issue type, and attachment information in a prepared request.
  • Information contained in an email or other communication you choose to send.
Important

Do not provide passwords, one-time codes, API secrets, CVVs, full card numbers, or full bank account numbers.

Technical and device information

Ordinary hosting infrastructure may process IP address, request time, page path, user-agent information, security events, and similar technical data needed to deliver and protect the site. The site itself does not connect an analytics provider.

Browser storage and cookies

The site uses localStorage for cookie choices, form drafts, and prepared support requests. Those records remain on the device and browser where they were created until you delete them, clear site data, or the browser removes them. The site does not store attachment files in localStorage.

Necessary storage supports core functions. Optional preference and analytics choices are recorded for transparency; no analytics service is currently loaded.

Purposes and general legal bases

Information may be used to provide requested information, respond to communications, secure and operate the site, maintain records, prevent abuse, comply with applicable obligations, and protect legitimate interests. Depending on context, processing may be based on your request or consent, operational necessity, legitimate interests, or applicable obligations.

Retention

Locally prepared requests stay on your device until you delete them or browser storage is cleared. Draft form data is replaced as you edit and removed after a request is prepared. Information actually emailed to us may be retained for the period reasonably needed to respond, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, protect security, and satisfy applicable obligations.

Sharing and external services

Information may be handled by service providers that support hosting, security, email, or business operations under appropriate arrangements. It may also be disclosed when reasonably required by applicable process, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with an organizational transaction.

Links to maps and other external sites open third-party services with their own policies. We do not load an embedded mapping or analytics service on this site.

Security

We use reasonable organizational and technical measures appropriate to the nature of this Help Center. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You can reduce risk by sharing only necessary, redacted information and by protecting your browser and email account.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live and the context, you may be able to ask about information held about you, request correction or deletion, object to or restrict certain handling, or withdraw consent. Rights may be subject to verification and lawful exceptions. Contact us with a clear description of the request.

You can delete a locally prepared request from the Request Status page after locating it, remove the draft by preparing a request or clearing site data, and change cookie choices from the footer.

Children and international visitors

This Help Center is intended for business and platform users and is not directed to children. Do not submit information about a child unless there is a lawful, necessary reason and an appropriate authorized process.

Visitors may access the site from outside the United States. Communications and technical data can therefore be processed in locations with different privacy rules. Use the contact below for questions about the handling relevant to your situation.

Changes and contact

We may revise this policy as the site, practices, or requirements change. The updated date will identify the current version.

Privacy questions and requests can be sent to info@welcometothemx.com or welcometothemx, 4300 Amelia Earhart Ln, Oklahoma City, OK 73159, United States. Phone: +1 405 695 9990.
