How this site uses browser storage
This site uses limited browser storage to support essential functions and remember your choices. It does not currently load an analytics provider or advertising technology. Last updated: July 18, 2026.
Storage categories
- Necessary: records your consent choice and supports locally prepared support requests and draft recovery. This functionality cannot be disabled through the preference panel.
- Preferences: records optional display or usability choices when enabled.
- Analytics: the settings panel records your preference, but no analytics service is connected or loaded.
localStorage and request data
Prepared support requests, request reference numbers, draft form values, and cookie preferences are stored in localStorage on the current browser and device. These records are not cookies and are not automatically transmitted to welcometothemx.
Request records remain until you delete them, clear site data, use a private session that ends, or the browser removes storage. Consent choices remain until changed or cleared. Draft values may remain until a request is prepared or storage is cleared.
Strictly necessary operation
Necessary storage preserves the choice not to show the banner repeatedly and enables the local support workflow requested by the visitor. Blocking all site storage can prevent these features from working as expected.
Manage or withdraw choices
- Select Customize in the initial banner, or choose Cookie settings in the footer.
- Keep Necessary enabled and choose whether Preferences or Analytics consent should be stored.
- Select Save choices. The banner will remain hidden until the saved choice is removed.
- Return to Cookie settings at any time to revise the optional choices.
Browser controls
Browsers provide controls for viewing, blocking, and deleting cookies or site data. Blocking or deleting necessary storage can remove prepared support requests, drafts, and consent records. Export useful request information before clearing storage.
Future changes
If a non-essential service is introduced, this policy and the settings interface should be updated before that service loads without the required choice. The current site does not activate optional analytics.
