Step-by-step

1. Sign in from a trusted device and open the profile or account settings available to you.
2. Review each editable field before changing anything, especially email and phone details used for verification.
3. Update one group of fields at a time and save. Complete any confirmation step sent to the old or new contact method.
4. Sign out and back in if the interface asks you to refresh your session, then verify the displayed values.
5. Tell the appropriate account administrator when a business-level contact has changed.

Troubleshooting

• If Save remains unavailable, look for a required field or formatting message near the form.
• If the old email is inaccessible, use the recovery route rather than creating duplicate accounts.
• If a field is locked, your role may not have permission to edit it.
